Just some of my thoughts... .

NOT SO SCIENTIFIC"

I used wonder, "Why do I experiment over and over and not realize the outcome would never change?" Then I finally appraised the situation and realized that the I was the dependent variable and the independent variable had the same characteristics and wasn't too different. I recorded my results and created a check list and soon recognized that God wanted me to be independent of the world but dependent of Him. Today, marks another physical and chemical change in life. Got Inspiration

Yesterday is in the tomb of the past. Today is in the womb of the present. And what you are currently pregnant with is what you will bear in the future! In lieu of focusing on what should have occured , what would have occured, might have occured, or was shift your focus on what God says will be. Wherever your focus is it will become the strongest aspect in your life.
It is confirmed in the book of Josh. 1:8 "Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful."

Faith
Current mood: fabulous
Category: Religion and Philosophy

I found something that I wrote for my Freshman Honors English course at ASU....

Faith, the Provider

Faith is not belief without proof but trust without reservation. Faith is many things. Faith is an expression of the human soul. Faith is determination . It is not failure. Faith feeds, fosters, and fuels the soul. It is the working of the soul. Faith feeds the hungry, houses the homeless, cares for the ill, and comforts the emoitionally disturbed. Faith provides the willpower to do what is right. It is the striving to develop oneself, character, emotions, and mind. It allows one to know oneself and to be truthful. Faith cannot be defined, for it is a concept that can only be developed with one's inner being: awareness of unconscious acts of faith and active; and conscious expression of faith.

According to the American Heritage dictionary, faith is a confident belief or trust in an idea, thing, or person. According to Webster's New World dictionary, faith is an unquestioning belief that does not require proof of evidence. Faith is derived from Middle English "feith", from Old English "fei" from Latin, "fides" and is akin to Latin "fidere," which means to trust. People act on faith unconsciously. However, faith is also active and conscious. Faith rescues the soul when all beliefs falter. For instance, a mother loses her child and thinks the world has to come to the end. As a result, she gets in the highest position, on her knees, and prays. Faith is a stimulator. It stimulates one to continue after failure. Faith never fails; it is the object of faith that falters. Faith continues to work and if one is true to one self, the process of faith will prevail. " If ye may have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, remove hence to yonder place and it shall remove, and nothing shall be impossible unto you (Matthew 17:20)
